ok, im 16 yrs old, ive been working out on and off for about a year, and have just recently gained a lot of weight. now, im not extremely fat, but i do want to get rid of my gut and get nice looking abs so i can return to the pool. i am starting to run again, and i am lifting weights more too. does anyone have a really good site or plan on what to eat to lose weight fast and how to workout to get big muscles?
