im 17 and in the 11th grade of high school I NEED HELP BAD.i wrestle at 189 but i weighed 210 and i could bench 300 and squat 410. The thing is after losing weight i can only get 285 and i dont know about squat. i also play football is there any one who could give me a good bodybuilding work out to do so i can not only get massive and faster by next football season
