I'm 18, 5'9 and weigh 175 lbs. i'm getting ready to play college football next year and need some help gaining some weight. I've been lifting for 5 years now and havent been able to make huge gains on any of my core lifts. It just seem like i have hit a peak of 275 on my bench and i cant go up at all. I also need to improve my 40 time. Thanks.
