I am 33 male started working out 1/5/2004. I workout 4 nights a weak at 11:00 I do about 1 hour of bodybuilding and 1 hour of racktball. I am 6'1 220lb I just bought the X-Size Workout Software by the way. I am taking creatine, l-glutamine, andro and nitro teck. I am trying to lose fat and gain mass. I wonder if I should be taking the suplements on the days that I don't workout. I also read that you need to workout on empty stomach I found out that I can lift more if I eat before the workout, and then you need to eat after your workout thats when your body needs it when I get done working out at about 1 am I am not gonna eat and then go to sleep. so what should I do?
