I personally can say that the easiest way to get a big neck would to try these exercises out... the 2 easiest being pull ups and push ups Also try shoulder shrugs while holding dumbells. The best exersice but also the hardest of these would be a variation of shoulder shrugs. Get a flat bar putting whatever weight you are comfirtable with. Keep your knees straight and slightly lean forward so that your shoulders are over top of the bar then lift up With only your shoulders. Keep your elbows straight. The first time you do these you will probably be sore for 2-3 days as would anyone who is just starting to work an area. You should see results in 1 week. Good luck
