Wrist Exercise

I once hurt (not severely) my wrist pushing up on the armrest to get off the couch, so I created my own exercise for my wrist by taking a 20# dumbell, resting my forearm on my leg (while sitting down), with my wrist hanging over my knee, after doing this ive developed a little bulge under my wrist, what muscle is that?
