I wanted to ask a question.
When I used to go to the gym I would go after work and have a snack before hand. My circumstances have now changed so I have built a mini gym at home. I would like to workout early in the morning before I go to to work for 30 min 4 days a week. But my question is can I workout on an empty stomach?
Also any tips would be useful as to muscle groups to workout on each day and type of program to follow.
