Hi,
I need a diet and work out program to match my body type.
I am careful all of the time and hit the gym 6 days a week, I'm still 45 lb over weight ( I have huge arms but they have fat on them). How can an Endomorph get an advantage?
I can stick to any diet and no problem doing it I do not cheat - For health reasons I need to loose 40 lb soon Also I have sleep issues which makes my body even slower too.
Please help!
