Hello,
I am 23 years old 5'8" and weigh about 200 pounds. I have a very muscular build with some extra fat around the belly and back.
I am on a high protien and carb diet and low fat. I eat around 4000-4500 calories a day. I have been on this diet for about 6 months and have not seen much of a change in size or strength.
I squat about 400 lbs., bentch about 350 lbs., and deadlift about 500 lbs. If you have any suggestions please let me know.
