I have been training for a few months now. My program includes bench presses, incline bench presses, seated behind the neck presses, bentover rows, bicep curls, tricep extensions. I have lifting as heavy as I can for 8-10 reps and in 3 sets as I have read it actives the muscle tissue to grow better than heaps of light reps. I have made noticable progress in my chest, back and shoulders but my upper arms don't seem to grow. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions?
