I have a question regarding the 8 minute ab routine that I do. I currently have done 8 minute abs everyday for about 3 weeks now. I workout during the day and then at about midnite i do the 8 minute abs. I was just wondering if it is bad to do it at nite versus the day because it doesnt give your body a chance to change.
Also, i was wondering if it is bad to perform the 8 minute ab workout everyday like i have been doing.
And one last question, would it be a good idea to change it up my ab workout every week or so just to keep my body guessing.
