I am about 5ft 3in and weigh about 100 lbs. I am skinny.
I go to school during weekdays and don't have time to work out. I have weekends and the summer. That isn't much time and is hard to have a good routine. I don't really know what I am doing. I have beem going once every other day for about an hour each day. I usually just skip around on the machines at the gym in random order until I get tired.
I need alot of help. I know this is alot to ask but I would highly appreciate it.
