Hey man, I've also ran into the problem of being a hard gainer. It's good that you want to be a natural athlete. My advice to you is to Bench should be 5 sets of 5 reps gradually putting more weight on. Squats also 5x5 gradually putting weight on every week change your routine to 3x3 pyramid 5x5 then 10, 8 , and 6 reps then back to 3x3. Eat more steak and make more shakes. I put on 40 lbs in 6 months, boosted my bench from 150 to 205, my squat is 185 to 335.
