I really want the "no neck" look. I was wondering what exercises I can do at the gym and at home to improve my neck size. Also, how often can I work my neck?
Here's a good one lay backwards on the bench so your neck bends just over the edge and put a weight plate on your forehead (use a shirt for pading)and in a slow controlled motion raise it up and down 3x15 may have to use less weight at first and work up.....this is the same exersize Goldburg does.
