Ive been working out for about a year now and have made positve gains. When i look at myself in the mirror from the front, i see a figure i am proud of so far but looking at myself from the side, my pecs stick out a bit but my stomach a lot more, im already only a 30 inch waist so i dont wana lose weight around my stomach so is there any other way i can get rid of my pigeon chest appearance?
