I've been going to the gym for about 9 months now and since the last month or so have been trying to approach more of a bodybuilding physique, rather than just being in good fitness. I just turned 17 btw.
I would like to know how many times a week I should be working out and for how long each session to gain the maximum improvements.
At the moment, I am using a 4 day a week routine, consisting of:
Monday Legs
Wednesday Middle section
Friday Arms
Saturday Chest, shoulders and back (upper section)
(Also, 10mins cardio at the beginning of each session & each session lasts between 1hr 2hrs)
Is this a good routine? Or should I change it?
