I'm 16 years old and started lifting weights a year ago, i've seen some improvements over the year with bigger biceps, triceps and pecs. I just bought some Creatine to help me with my training for football next year and wrestling so i can buff out more. So i got a couple questions. One is what excercises should i be doing to really improve my results with my biceps, triceps and pecs and how many reps?. My other question is what would be a good diet plan? Also i was wondering if anyone else has been using Creatine and what kind of results have you been getting.
