Hey im 16 and ive been lifting for bout a year now..ive gotten a lot bigger (buffer) because ive been lifting a lot of heavy weights but now im doing a lot of light weights to get ripped. My question is, after i do get ripped, i want to start lifting heavy weights again...but will i loose my "rippness?" whats a good balance between staying ripped and being buff/heavy weights vs. light weights...thx
