i am a 25 year old female. i've been lifting for about a month & a half now. i have always been naturally skinny & i'm lifting to build strength as well as mass. i have a problem with having the energy to lift hard. i like to lift hard, but i get light headed & tired very easily. my boyfriend said something about Hydroxycut, but i don't think that's what i want because it apparently decreases appetite & it's taken me this long to BUILD my appetite. any suggestions for supplements or something that could give me energy? i wouldn't mind something that might help me get a little cut, but i'm not interested in steroids.
