I'm 19 years old and i have been working out off and on for a few years now. never very consistant. I am 5'7 and 147lbs. I would like to get to about 160. I eat alot of meat and other protein foods and i work out hard about 3 times a week. I don't take any type of creatine or so, but i was wondering if that would help me gain.
