I'm a 40 yr. old man, 6'5, 350 pounds, approx. 35% body fat. I'm trying to lose down to 250/12-15%. Here in lies the rub. I lift four days a week, my work outs take about an hour and then I do an hour of cardio (5 or 6 days per week) keeping my heart rate around 130bpm. I eat a max of 2,000 calories per day, included is atleast 200 grams/800 calories of protien (fish, chicken breast, whey). I eat no white rice, white flour, sugar, and limit my salt intake. I've been doing this for over a month and have only lost 2 pounds. Why am I not losing more weight?
