Are there any on this forum that are familiar with Serge Nubret's workouts? He apparently builds his body on lots of reps and lots of sets. I m 60 YO and I thought by understanding his training methods I might benefit by conserving my joints and not going heavy. It seems that it would take a lot time to complete a workout. I realize that there is a lot of volume here. Would doing this many sets with reps at 10 12, build a body like he has? Anyone know any other details about this routine, I would appreciate the information!
