Squats Problem

I've been lifting for a few years but I haven't been to the bym in the past 7 months. I squatted for the first time today, the first few reps were fine but after that I felt a burning sensagion or a "pull" feeling in my hamstrings. am I doing something wrong or is this from being away from the gym so long. thanks
