Hockey Power Workouts

Im 17, and im a high level hockey player in Canada and i have been weight training for 3 years. I am 225 pounds and 6 foot 4 inches. I was wondering if you could suggest some exercises that will increase back strenght and overall body strenght? ive been having trouble getting really solid on my skates, and i have had trouble finding exercises that develop overall strength....?? CAN YOU HELP??? thanks
