I am 17 years old. I want to start taking some supplements but I am not sure what I should take. I am 6'3 1/2 and 280, I want to get stronger, I am not really worried about being big or cut, just stronger at the moment, if being cut and big comes along with it then that's cool. I have heard to take whey protein and some creatine, but I was just wondering what advice others will give me.
