I was just curious if Mike Mentzer's diet of 60 percent carbohydrates, 25 percent protein and 15 percent fat macro nutrient split is still applicable to bulking periods?

Mike Mentzer didn't recommend bulking he thought it is best to gain lean mass and not put on too much extra fat. To gain mass he simply raised his calorie intake slightly but in general he keep the same 60 25 15 calorie balance.
