Hello sir, please tell me that I am 70kg and willing to build body like Mike menzter with high intensity training Mike said that 60% carbs 25% protein and 15% fats can help us to build muscle. So exactly how much grams of protein is required to achieving it according to Mike menzter?

This would be based on your calorie intake, lets say for example your maintenance calorie intake is 2,000 calories a day, 25% of that is 500 calories which would be 125 grams of protein.
