Mike Menter rest between sets

Posted by: Jason

Hi,

In the Mike Mentzer workour is there rest between sets and if so, how many secs/minutes? Also, what is the rep range to aim for, 3 to 6 / 6 to 12 or more?

Thanks,

Jason

Unless it says superset, or no rest you would rest before you do you next exercise.

Mike Mentzer never said an exact time to rest, he just said you should rest long enough so your breathing returns to normal and that you are ready to do your next set.

Mike recommended 6 to 10 reps for upper body exercises and 12 to 20 reps for lower body exercises.
