I am 13 5'10 and I already have bad wrists. I am not strong I bench only 90lbs, but I have terrible wrists I always have to do fingertip push ups (not really a bad thing) but I can't do some activities. How in the world do you strenthen your wrists?
Get a peg about a inch and a half, drill a hole width wise close line through tie a knot,...small weight at the other end tie knot, hold straight out in front of you and roll your hands backwards until the weight gets to the top,..then roll forward until it reaches the floor.
