Why can't I get a 6 pack

Posted by: Nick

"I've tried the crunches, cardio, pills, and even the ab-gadgets advertised on TV. So why can't I seem to develop a 6-pack?"

Solving this problem means first fully understanding what your trying to accomplish. Most miracle abdominal products on the market fail to advertise the many contributors to an undefined mid-section. Instead, they focus on selling a product designed only to work the muscle. And yes, using these products regularly you may develop great abdominal muscles. Unfortunately, hidden under layers of belly fat they may never be seen.

The answer to this mystery is actually quite simple. It's a three phased approach involving the cardio and weight training you may already be focusing on, but relying heavily on your diet. Eating the wrong foods can be very counter productive to all the hard work you may already be doing.

The 3 Keys to Success

Diet - focuses on reducing the amount of fat that gets stored on the body, repairs muscle tissue, and helps you get LEANER!

Weight Training - helps build muscle, speed up your metabolism, and helps you burn calories 24/7, even when your not active

Cardio - methods used to burns excess body fat, helping to speed up results

Achieving a 6-Pack is accomplished primarily through the elimination of excess body fat, not by doing thousands of crunches or simply popping a pill. Think about it, you don't do thousands of presses on the bench press, or thousands of curls to train the chest and arms, so why train the abs differently? It's still important to train the ab muscles regularly, but the best results come after the body fat is removed, revealing your stunning 6-pack.
