Get Leaner And Speed Up Muscle Growth With Vitamin C

Vitamin C was one of Vince Gironda's secret weapons well before it became popular to take it regularly.
Vince Gironda was able to use vitamin C with his gym members to quickly shed excess fluids before competition. He's used 300-500mg of it daily as effectively as medicinal diuretics. When you feel bloated, increase your vitamin C intake to at least 300-500mg a day.
In order to speed up muscle growth, break your vitamin C tablets in half and take one half tablet every waking hour on the hour, to stimulate your endocrine system and increase its hormonal output. For greater absorption, chew the tablet until it crumbles into smaller pieces. Both Vince and I have experimented with this technique at length and found, it greatly speeds up the process of building muscle as well as reduces the time it takes to recover from workouts.
