Hi, I have a slight problem.
My right abdominals are underdeveloped compared to my left side. My left side is more defined and look more "puckered" from my left oblique. As in they are raised higher. On my right side however, the abs are smaller and have a more gradual blend into the right obliques than the jaggedness of the opposite side.
Also the left side seems more tense than the right. almost as if it needs to be stretched out. But I know that it's mostly because my left abs have been doing more of the work than my right side. It's also harder to flex my right side during the workout, either because my form is wrong or because my posture has something to do with the way my core developes.
How do you fix these multiple problems?
