Hello, my name is Gustavo im from Argentina im 41 on TRT and finally started lifting again after years of focusing only in boxing training, now I only train box 3 times a week and I can lift only Tuesdays and Saturdays, I'm very prone to lumbar injury (forget squats and deadlifts) and was wondering what Heavy Duty workout routine would you recommend for me, thank you very much for your time.

Here is what I would recommend:
On Tuesdays work your back, shoulders, triceps and calves.
On Saturdays work your thighs, hamstrings, chest and biceps.
Instead of squats and deadlifts do leg press. And use Mike Mentzer pre fatigue training, doing a set of leg extensions to failure and then with no rest do the leg press. This way you won't have to use as much weight on the leg press but will get even better results.
To fully understand high intensity training you should get the Mike Mentzer workout DVD.
If you have any other questions about Mike Mentzer or High Intensity Training email me and I'll get back to you with an answer as quick as I can.
