HAMSTRINGS
1. Lying Leg Curls - 4 sets @ 10-12 reps
*2. Stiff Leg Dead Lifts - 3 sets @ 10 reps
*3. Good Mornings - 3 sets @ 10 reps
* - Alternate Exercises
In competition, your legs are viewed at all angles, including side and back. Never neglect your hamstrings!
QUADS
1. Squats - 4 sets @ 10-12 reps
*2. Leg Presses - 3 sets @ 8-10 reps
*3. Hack Squats - 3 sets @ 10 reps
4. Leg Extensions - 2 sets @ 10-12 reps
