Thank you for the great article on how Mike Mentzer trained.
My question is do you about the workouts for the Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday complete 4 day body part split program. What muscles did he work on what days? I'd like to give this training a try.

Hi Pete,
Mike trained Legs, Chest and Triceps on Monday and Thursdays, and he did Back, Shoulders and Biceps on Tuesdays and Fridays.
He covers the full details of the 4 day workout in the original Heavy Duty book which you can get at Original Mike Mentzer Heavy Duty Book
