Mine are as follows in no particular order:
1 Decline Press
2 Bent-Over Row (either underhand or overhand)
3 Front Squat
4 Chins
5 Dips (all variations for either chest or triceps)
6 Deadlifts (all variations)
I believe those to be the best mass builders in any HIT programs to pack on slabs of muscle and increase your strength all over your body. Would you add or change any of these 6?

Not everyone will have the same, but the key I think is if you train those big compound lifts hard, and eat well there may not really a huge difference.
Push, pull, deadlift, one day, push, pull, squat or a good leg press day two.
I also like dips, a good pullover machine, pulldowns or chins.
