I've been training off and on now for a while, but want to get serious and build as much muscle as I can. but, I'm confused there are some many workout programs and splits out there I don't know which one is the best for me to use.
My question is what is the best split for muscle building?
Is it Push / Pull / Legs?
Is it Total Body 3x Per Week?
Is the the Bro Split (each muscle 1x per week)?
Or is it Something Else?

The split that has worked best for me is from the Mike Mentzer Heavy Duty workout routine, it's a 3 there way split:
Workout 1 is Chest and Back
Workout 2 is Legs
Workout 3 is Shoulder and Arms

Full body workouts, 2 to 3 times a week, are the best way to get the fastest strength and muscle gains!
Progressive overload on the big basic exercises (squats, deadlift, bench press, barbell rows, press over head, etc.) is a key to getting big and strong.
