Hi Paul,
I recently read your Interview with Isaac "Dr. Size" Nesser and am curious to learn more about how he trained to get where he supposedly is/was. How did you get in contact with him? Do you think I could get in contact with him the same way?
Also, what do you think of this method of training the same muscle group heavy every day for a while, then taking a break? Have you tried it?

I did that interview a long time ago, he used to have a website but it seems he doesn't have it anymore, so I'm not sure how to contact him now.
High frequency training was something I tried after I did that interview, I would work a muscle group for 5 or 6 days in a row and then give it some time off, I would only do like 1 or 2 sets for it, it worked great for me, I got fast gains in size and strength from it.
