Hi,
I'm new to all this. I'm Ben from SA. I'm big on cardio an dumbbells. I've reached a certain age where I ballooned out a bit. I got into weight training to lose some fat and get a bit buff. I lost half the fat an did get a bit bulky. Now that's ok but my question is, I'm trying to get ripped or have more definition in my muscles. First thing, I know you probably hear this a lot but I am natural. Not into drugs, don't smoke cigarettes an recently dont drink as much, yeah the boring life lol. I'm not a big eater as such but would be open to hear about any advice you might have.
