What are some of the best "workouts" for the entire body, without using equipment? I don't want to be all big an muscly and scary, its just that I want to be able to run around and pick things up when I'm all old and smelly, you know? what are some of the best body/arm/leg/stomach/cardio-vascular workouts I can do without hurting myself, and without equipment? Not that completely vague and unspecific answers aren't helpful, but I need to work out my entire body - arms, abs, etcetera.

Swimming and cross-country skiing are the indisputable KINGS of "all over body workouts".
Swimming programs and schedules are available at your local YMCA.
