I'm a 14 and I am getting ready to play highschool football in the fall. I am around 162 pounds and can bench press 120 and can do 360 pounds with my legs. I can also run the 40 yard dash in 4.6 seconds. My problem is that if I wanna play fullback for the junior team I need 2 get rid of my gut. No matter what i do it still hangs there..what should i do?
