Do you take MuscleEgg? And just what is MuscleEgg?
The manufacturers note at their site:

So basically muscle egg is egg whites with some flavoring added. They note that it is zero fat, zero cholesterol, 25 grams of protein, and 100 percent bioavailable.
They quote customers as saying...
"I Love the Versatility, Flavor and Convenience".
Egg White Drink
Indeed it is versatile and convenient and has more flavor added over the dull taste of egg whites. This is a lot like the egg white products that have been on the market, but flavored and made into a drink.
All of this is fine, but this is at best a secondary protein type of drink. Why? A lot of the good stuff is left out. They tout the zero fat aspect but for protein to be fully and properly digested, fat is necessary. And cholesterol is a testosterone booster, so leaving that out is a mistake. The makers of this product have tried to improve on the egg, and have come up short in the attempt. The whole egg contains a lot of good stuff and you don't want to throw that stuff out. The only place this product has is for a very short use in an extreme dieting cycle; otherwise, stick with natural eggs for best results.
