Well, the diet is good and me myself have done the same thing. Once you body gets used to what you doing in the gym and other exercise, you stop loosing weight. If you want to loose more than switch up what you are doing. Instead of riding a bike, run a few miles. Little things like that. If you have been running slowly, try running fast. Muscle Milk most likely is going to make you gain weigh since it is 640 calories. It works well, but I don t think it s smart to take considering it's so high in calories. Try something like Creatine Supplements. They give you a pump that's bigger and with out the calories.
