Dumbbell Training Routine for Upper Arms
Dumbbells are typically used as a support to either barbells or machines, but they can provide their own great workout in a nutshell. Here is an upper arm routine solely employing dumbbells.
Triceps
Dumbbell Kickbacks - 3 x 12
Dumbbell Seated Extensions - 3 x 10
Prone Dumbbell Extensions - 3 x 10
Biceps
Dumbbell Concentration Curls 3 x 10
Incline Dumbbell Curls, with twist - 3 x 10
Dumbbell Preacher Curls - 3 x 8
With dumbbells one of the advantages is that you can really feel the muscles work so concentrate on the muscles movement and get a great pump.
