Hi,
I'm planning to use the workout on your site, the Vince Girondas one where you perform 10 sets of ten reps. https://www.trulyhuge.com/germanvolumetrainingL01.html
My question is do you perform the three exercises in a circuit then rest or perform the 10 sets of each exercise seperatly before moving on to the next exercise?

You would do all 10 sets of one exercise, then go on to the next.
