I've got a decent build. What's the quikest way to get toned and defined? Will do anything it takes!

I used Herbal Fat Burner to lose fat and get ripped, and it worked better the more I exercised. To get your body fat down you need to do more aerobic/cardio exercises at least 3 times a week, while weight training to preserve and gain lean muscle mass.
