Some Fitness tips, body weight exercise

phase 1

standing running knee to chest 20 each leg
standing running toe to hip 20 each leg
standing leg raise front and side 10 each
body weight squat 15
hindu dips 15
crunches 15
lying leg raise 15
deep breathing 20 inhale from nose and exhale from mouth

phase 2

standing running knee to chest 20 each leg
rock climbing both legs 20
plank 20 sec
standing running toe to hip 20 each leg
open your leg wide more shoulder length
pushups 20
deep breathing inhale from nose and exhale from mouth
