During my workout in the morning I sometimes get nauseous. What should I do to prevent this? I dont eat anything before I workout.

Lactic acid build up can cause nausea initially until your body gets better at disposing of the lactic acid.

You can also pop a couple of Rolaids just before training. I have used that on occassion with a couple of clients and it seemed to help especially during leg training.
