I am confused about the difference between ecdysterone and turkesterone. Are they pretty much the same thing or are turkesterone and ecdysterone totally different? And if they are different which one is better?

Both are ecdysteroids, which are naturally occurring plant steroids. Ecdysteroids include ecdysone, ecdysterone, turkesterone and 20-hydroxyecdysone. These ecdysteroids are extracted from Rhaponticum carthamoides also called Maral Root and Rusian Leuzea and are used in dietary sports supplements as a safe and natural way to enhance bodybuilding, fitness and sports. Users say they get increased lean muscle mass and improved workout performance and recovery.
Some have claimed that turkesterone is better and others feel that ecdysterone is superior. I think it's best to get all the ecdysteroids, as they most likely work synergistically when all together just as nature intended.
Our Ecdy-Bolin supplement is made from the highest quality Maral Root Extract (Rusian Leuzea) so it contains both ecdysterone and turkesterone for the best results. You can read more about it at https://www.trulyhuge.com/ecdy-bolin.htm
