Can anyone tell me the quickest way I can reduce my body fat percentage? I'm 42yrs. old, currently 5'9" 195lbs. and 18% body fat and I want to get down to at least 9% body fat. Any advice would be great!
First of all if you are 5'9" and weight 195lbs and your body fat is 18%, then you must have a quite a lot of lean body mass (muscle). Tom Venuto's "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle" is a good book on fat loss, the sane way. You can find it online.
